A double door opens to the majestic premium construction, heart pine wooden floored. The living, on the right, has a charming chimney which provides the necessary warmth in winter. Opposite the entrance, another double door is the access to the rest of the house, floored with heart pine too and gives the living room all the privacy wanted. The rest of the rooms are designed along a central corridor that ends in another gallery. On the left, there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is the largest. The two following bedrooms share a bathroom in suite in the middle of them, which at the same time opens to the corridor. At the end, the fourth bedroom stands with a chimney. On the right, a corridor leads to the service area of the house, next, a large bright dining room with a chimney, another large bedroom (the fifth) and a very large bathroom. The gallery that is at the end of the corridor is the access to the swimming pool. Along the corridor that is between the living room and the dining room to the right, you get to the `office` or everyday-dining room, the kitchen. There is a large basement under the office. A door in the left wall of the kitchen opens to the third gallery of the house and is the access of the service bedroom, the service bathroom, the laundry and the larder. In the best chosen place, a swimming pool offers another joyful place in the park. and the typical fruit trees of San Rafael and some rows of vineyard. Why not preparing you own wine? The park deserves special attention. There are trees of all kinds in the park: eucalyptus trees (eucalyptus), russian olive trees (elaegnus augustifolia), oak trees ( quercus), cedar trees ( cedrus), palm trees (arecaceae ), ash trees (frixinus), pine trees ( pinus), mayten trees ( maytenus boaria), poplar trees ( populis) , aguaribay trees( schinus areira), acacia trees (acacia), magnolia trees (magnolias). Among the fruit trees and bushes , there are apricot trees (prunus armeniaca), plum trees (prunus domestica) , wild cherry trees ( prunus avium), cherry trees (prunus cerasus), peach trees (prunus pérsica), white and black blackberry trees(rubus fructicosus), raspberry trees (rubus idacus), quince trees (cydonia oblonga), white and rose pear trees (pyrus), green and red apple trees (malus domestica), fig trees (ficus carica) and pomengrate trees ( púnica granatum). There are some dry fruit trees such as walnut trees (juglans regis), chestnut trees (castanea) and almond trees (prunus dulcis). The park would not have been perfect if it lacked the typical olive trees (olea europaea) or some rows of Merlot and Torrentés Riojana. The general state of the property is very good but as all old houses some repair should be done to develop a touristic-commercial activity. As the park is really enormous, some areas could be destined to building. The place is optimal for enterprise retirements or events, or for the reception and staying of personalities of different circles of society.
